Our individual occupational therapy sessions are tailored to the needs of each child; we take the time to learn about every prospective client and his/her family to determine an ideal match for our therapists and our therapies. Therapy sessions normally take place in the child's school or home to ensure the effectiveness of strategies in the child's natural environment. Our preschool social groups strengthen fundamental skills, including emotional regulation, problem solving, self-advocacy and conflict resolution. All preschool social groups take place in our Evanston office, featuring outdoor play equipment, stage area, water-table, new therapy swings and more! All social groups have a two to one, child to therapist ratio.

Instructed by a certified yoga instructor/OT and a licensed physical therapist, this group focuses on increasing strength and endurance, coordination, body awareness and emotional regulation through its focus on mindfulness, breathing and physical movements.
In addition, group activities are geared towards developing self awareness, social problem solving, attention, and boosting confidence.
